A private 30-day engagement. One problem diagnosed, solved, and handed back running, built inside your actual tools, owned by your team when we’re done.
Applications reviewed personally. Response within a few business days.
You’ve built real revenue. The business works. But there’s a version of it that runs cleaner, and the gap shows up in small, expensive ways every week.
Most founders grow revenue long before they build systems to support it. The workarounds that worked when it was just you start cracking under the weight of what you’ve built. It’s not a failure of attention. It’s what growth looks like before someone builds the infrastructure underneath it.
The work of fixing it keeps losing to the work of running the business. The sprint exists to change that.
A note on why this is offered at founding pricing. I spent 10+ years building operational systems inside high-growth Silicon Valley companies. I know how to find where a business is leaking value, build systems that hold under pressure, and implement AI where it creates capacity rather than noise. That part I’m confident in.
What I’m bringing into this cohort is something more specific: I’m making a deliberate shift toward founder-led businesses at $1M–$10M, and I want to do it right. This world has real differences, and they shape how the work gets done. The five founders in this cohort get founding pricing because they’re helping me understand those differences at depth. The craft isn’t new. The context is.
The patterns at this stage of growth are consistent. Here’s what the data tends to show:
Businesses doing $1M–$5M typically carry meaningful unpaid invoices, not disputed, just untracked.
When decisions route through the owner by default rather than design, the overhead compounds weekly.
With documented processes, the same companies typically cut that to 4–6 weeks, without the founder involved in every step.
The highest-leverage problem is rarely the loudest one. Finding and fixing the right one first is most of the work.
A private 30-day engagement built around one problem. We diagnose it together, build the system that solves it, and hand you something running, in your actual tools, owned by your team.
This is the inaugural cohort. Five founders, selected carefully, at a founding rate. Future engagements will be scoped and priced at standard rates. This is the lowest price this program will ever be offered at.
The right problem depends on your business. Here’s what that looks like in practice:
Unpaid invoices audited, categorized, and followed up on. A rolling forecast so cash stops surprising you.
The process that lives in your head, documented as SOPs your team can run without you.
Automations built inside your existing tools. Admin that used to take hours, handled.
Map where decisions route through you unnecessarily, and build the structures to change that.
You come in as the expert in your own business. I come in with fresh eyes. Together we find the right problem and get specific about what success looks like.
Hands-on work, inside your actual tools. You stay informed without being buried in it. Your knowledge stays in the room throughout, and we build on it, not around it.
Documentation, a handoff session, and a 30-day support window for questions. If we did this right, you won’t need me for this problem again.
What we found, what it means, and what the sprint is solving and why.
Built in your tools. Tested. Running before we hand it off.
Everything documented so the system doesn’t require you to explain it again.
Questions and adjustments as your team gets comfortable with what was built.
Spots are limited and reviewed personally. Being the right fit matters more than moving fast.
Is there a deposit? What are the exact terms?
Yes, and here’s exactly how it works:
Is this AI consulting?
Not primarily. We start with the operational problem, what’s breaking and why. AI comes in only where it creates real capacity on that specific problem. If your operations aren’t right, adding AI tools makes them wrong faster.
What if I’m not technical?
This is built for operators, not developers. We work inside the tools you already use, and nothing requires technical knowledge to run once it’s built. Everything gets documented in plain language your team can follow without me in the room.
Do I need to buy new tools or software?
We start with what you have, and most of the time that’s enough. If I find something during the diagnostic that I think is worth the investment, I’ll tell you directly and explain why. You won’t be surprised by a recommendation mid-sprint.
What if my problem is messy?
Messy is normal. You’re almost certainly not the worst system I’ve seen, and the messiest situations are usually where the most value is hiding. No judgment. Seriously.
What happens after the sprint?
If there’s more to build, we talk about what that looks like and what it costs. If the sprint solved the thing and you’re in good shape, that’s a win. No pressure, nothing open-ended.
No automated sequences. Every step involves a real person.
Five founders means I can be fully present in each engagement. It also means this cohort shapes what the program becomes, and the founders who join now have the most influence on where it goes. Future engagements will be priced at standard rates. This is the founding rate, and it won’t be offered again.
3 spots remaining. Applications reviewed in order received.
Tell me about your business and the problem you’d most want solved. Every application gets a personal response, whether or not there’s a match. Takes about 5 minutes.
See if there’s a fitNot a sales funnel. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll tell you that too.
