Private Founding Cohort — 5 Spots

Your business has outgrown its systems. Let’s fix the most expensive one.

A private 30-day engagement. One problem diagnosed, solved, and handed back running, built inside your actual tools, owned by your team when we’re done.

3 of 5 founding spots remaining

Applications reviewed personally. Response within a few business days.

Built by an operator with 10+ years inside high-growth Silicon Valley companies, working across finance, revenue operations, and practical AI systems long before most companies knew how to use them well. The patterns that create drag at $1M–$10M are ones I’ve seen up close. So are the fixes.

~90 sec — why this exists and who it’s for

You know something is costing you. You just haven’t had time to find it.

You’ve built real revenue. The business works. But there’s a version of it that runs cleaner, and the gap shows up in small, expensive ways every week.

This isn’t a discipline problem. It’s an infrastructure problem.

Most founders grow revenue long before they build systems to support it. The workarounds that worked when it was just you start cracking under the weight of what you’ve built. It’s not a failure of attention. It’s what growth looks like before someone builds the infrastructure underneath it.

The work of fixing it keeps losing to the work of running the business. The sprint exists to change that.

A note on why this is offered at founding pricing. I spent 10+ years building operational systems inside high-growth Silicon Valley companies. I know how to find where a business is leaking value, build systems that hold under pressure, and implement AI where it creates capacity rather than noise. That part I’m confident in.

What I’m bringing into this cohort is something more specific: I’m making a deliberate shift toward founder-led businesses at $1M–$10M, and I want to do it right. This world has real differences, and they shape how the work gets done. The five founders in this cohort get founding pricing because they’re helping me understand those differences at depth. The craft isn’t new. The context is.

These problems have a shape. And a cost.

The patterns at this stage of growth are consistent. Here’s what the data tends to show:

$10K–$100K+

Recoverable AR at this stage

Businesses doing $1M–$5M typically carry meaningful unpaid invoices, not disputed, just untracked.

5–15 hrs/week

Hidden drag from founder bottlenecks

When decisions route through the owner by default rather than design, the overhead compounds weekly.

3–4 months

Average new hire ramp without SOPs

With documented processes, the same companies typically cut that to 4–6 weeks, without the founder involved in every step.

1 fix

What it usually takes to shift the trajectory

The highest-leverage problem is rarely the loudest one. Finding and fixing the right one first is most of the work.

The Founding Client Sprint

A private 30-day engagement built around one problem. We diagnose it together, build the system that solves it, and hand you something running, in your actual tools, owned by your team.

What you get

  • 30 days of focused, hands-on work on your highest-value problem
  • Written diagnostic before we build anything
  • A working system, documented and handed off
  • Founding cohort rate, significantly below what this will cost at full price

What I ask for

  • Show up and participate fully
  • Be honest about what’s working and what isn’t
  • Track and share measurable outcomes
  • Provide a testimonial or case study if value is delivered

This is the inaugural cohort. Five founders, selected carefully, at a founding rate. Future engagements will be scoped and priced at standard rates. This is the lowest price this program will ever be offered at.

One problem, fixed properly

The right problem depends on your business. Here’s what that looks like in practice:

📊

AR recovery and cash visibility

Unpaid invoices audited, categorized, and followed up on. A rolling forecast so cash stops surprising you.

📋

Onboarding built to hand off

The process that lives in your head, documented as SOPs your team can run without you.

AI workflows that actually work

Automations built inside your existing tools. Admin that used to take hours, handled.

🔗

Founder bottleneck removal

Map where decisions route through you unnecessarily, and build the structures to change that.

What the 30 days look like

Week 1 — Diagnose

Find the highest-leverage problem

You come in as the expert in your own business. I come in with fresh eyes. Together we find the right problem and get specific about what success looks like.

Weeks 2 and 3 — Build

Build the system that fixes it

Hands-on work, inside your actual tools. You stay informed without being buried in it. Your knowledge stays in the room throughout, and we build on it, not around it.

Week 4 — Hand off

Make sure it runs without me

Documentation, a handoff session, and a 30-day support window for questions. If we did this right, you won’t need me for this problem again.

Who this is and isn’t for

Spots are limited and reviewed personally. Being the right fit matters more than moving fast.

Good fit

  • Doing $1M+ with an operational problem that’s clearly costing you
  • You’ve tried to fix it before, or you’ve been putting it off because there’s no time to do it right
  • Willing to be honest about where things are, not where you’d like them to be
  • The decision-maker, with a few hours available over 30 days

Not a fit

  • Under $500K, the complexity isn’t there yet and the engagement wouldn’t deliver enough value
  • Looking for strategy without implementation, or someone to own operations permanently
  • Not in a position to follow through on what gets built
  • Already have a full-time COO or CFO

Common questions

Is there a deposit? What are the exact terms?

Yes, and here’s exactly how it works:

When it’s paidAfter the fit call, if we both want to move forward
Amount$500, paid before the sprint begins
What it securesYour spot in the cohort and a confirmed start date
Refund policyFully refunded if the sprint doesn’t deliver real value
Applied to future workYes, credited toward any follow-on engagement
Why it existsYour time is valuable and so is mine. This keeps us both committed.

Is this AI consulting?

Not primarily. We start with the operational problem, what’s breaking and why. AI comes in only where it creates real capacity on that specific problem. If your operations aren’t right, adding AI tools makes them wrong faster.

What if I’m not technical?

This is built for operators, not developers. We work inside the tools you already use, and nothing requires technical knowledge to run once it’s built. Everything gets documented in plain language your team can follow without me in the room.

Do I need to buy new tools or software?

We start with what you have, and most of the time that’s enough. If I find something during the diagnostic that I think is worth the investment, I’ll tell you directly and explain why. You won’t be surprised by a recommendation mid-sprint.

What if my problem is messy?

Messy is normal. You’re almost certainly not the worst system I’ve seen, and the messiest situations are usually where the most value is hiding. No judgment. Seriously.

What happens after the sprint?

If there’s more to build, we talk about what that looks like and what it costs. If the sprint solved the thing and you’re in good shape, that’s a win. No pressure, nothing open-ended.

After you apply

No automated sequences. Every step involves a real person.

1

Apply, about 5 minutes

A few short questions about your business and the problem you’d most want solved.

2

Personal review within a few business days

Every application is read personally. You’ll hear back either way.

3

Short fit call if there’s potential alignment

20 to 30 minutes to understand the problem, answer your questions, and make sure the timing works on both sides.

4

If we’re aligned, we begin

Deposit confirmed, start date set, diagnostic scheduled. We go when you’re ready.

This cohort is intentionally small

Five founders means I can be fully present in each engagement. It also means this cohort shapes what the program becomes, and the founders who join now have the most influence on where it goes. Future engagements will be priced at standard rates. This is the founding rate, and it won’t be offered again.

3 spots remaining. Applications reviewed in order received.

If there’s a fit, let’s find out

Tell me about your business and the problem you’d most want solved. Every application gets a personal response, whether or not there’s a match. Takes about 5 minutes.

See if there’s a fit

Not a sales funnel. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll tell you that too.
